Acted as a transition between Level II and Level III Engineers, I reviewed all Level II trouble tickets using Virtual Tech (ticketing application) to filter unwanted tickets from being escalated to level III. Designed and implemented migration from frame-relay to MPLS in order to improve QOS, consolidate to single infrastructure, and cost saving.

 

COB (Continuity of business) Test Performed continuity of business test on Citi Financial branches and Morgan Stanley bank. Designed and deployed highly resilient infrastructures incorporating firewalls, routers, switches and servers through to complete e-commerce solutions. This design ensured that all of the systems are fully resilient and completely backed up on a regular basis.
